At Skybags, we want you to travel in style and confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your product within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags intact to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Skybags account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific bag you wish to send back.

  Pack the Product

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all warranty cards, accessories, and tags are included to avoid rejection during inspection.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a signed pickup acknowledgement.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality assessment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
